Radical Weightloss!!!

So I had gotten off work and needed to run my Walmart really fast to pick up a few things when I was strolling down an aisle and what do I see?  That’s right, HCG drops and tablets.  That’s when it occurred to me that they are selling this weightloss product practically everywhere.  From grocery stores, online, and gas stations, to your local vitamin store.  So how is anyone supposed to know which is the right one or if it really works?

It seems like diets often times become fads and quickly are in and then fade out, but the thing with HCG is that it’s something that shows results on a daily basis and can be repeated a numerous amount of times.  It is something that has shown drastic results, results that have been able to stabalize and change peoples lives.  So it might be the new fad, but it also has been around since the fifties, only improving over the decades.

When I first was introduced to HCG it was through the injections and I fell in love.  Like any love this took time.  I did a massive amount of research because it just seemed to good to be true, and usually if something seems to good then it is.  I was reading reviews, articles, books, asking friends, and anything else I could get my hands on.  I wanted to make sure that if I was going to spend money on this sort of product that I knew all the facts.  It is good to be well prepared before putting something into your body that could potentially be harmful.

So how do you know which HCG to choose?  Homeopathic?  Hormone Free?  Mineral or Alcohol based?  There are so many options out there that at this point it can get confusing.  And what about the calorie intake?  Some say 500 others say 1000, so which protocol do you follow?  I started doing this diet over a year ago, before Walmart and gas stations were carrying the product and when I did all of my research I came across the famous Dr. Simeons.  I still follow his protocol to this day.  My background in science also helps.  Knowing about hormones and the way they affect the brain and body only intensifies the feelings and beliefs I have in this diet. 

 HCG is a HORMONE produced in the first few months of pregnancy, therefore to buy “hormone free HCG” just seems silly to me.  Homeopathic just means “diluted.”  This word often scares people away from the drops because they want PURE HCG, but whether you take the drops or mix the injections, the HCG needs to be diluted either way.  HCG cannot be taken in a “pure” form.

As for the comparison of alcohol VS mineral based drops, that decision is totally up to you.  Mineral based needs to be refrigerated and alcohol does not.  Many think that the alcohol kills the HCG, but HCG is a protein therefore the alcohol only preserves it and doesn’t actually kill the HCG, but the bacteria that could be collected from dropping it into your mouth.  As for the mineral based you are probably wondering now about the bacteria from your mouth, but the fridge keeps it cold, therefore inhibiting the growth of bacteria.

So the maintanence phase is over and I am back on a “regular” diet.  For me the one thing I have to remind myself o,f is that this is not a “diet” but rather a change.  A change for the better.  All my life I have been able to eat out, ice cream, candy, bread, noodles, and everything else in this world that is processed, when really what I need to focus on is that my body doesn’t actually need any of that stuff to survive.

Our bodies are powerful things.  They keep us alive, and they work hard to do it.  The body is a complex thing, so there comes a point in time when enough is enough and it is time to realize what our body does for us, a time to realize that we shouldn’t be feeding our bodies all of the crap that is out there.  Our bodies work hard for us, so why not give back to our bodies a source of energy that they can use not only creating a healthy lifestyle ourselves, but also allowing our bodies to power through to the next day.

At the end of taking the HCG Drops I was able to successfully lose twelve pounds.  So far it’s been staying off.  Maintenance is the most important phase of this diet because it is the part where it retrains your brain you stay at the weight you have achieved.  It resets your hypothalamus permanently.  This is also the part of the diet where it begins to get easier.  You can slowly start to add fats and some sugars into your diet such as cheese, chocolate, etc.  Just make sure you are still staying away from the starches and carbohydrates.  These can still be dangerous to maintaining what you have accomplished.

The maintenance phase of this diet lasts about three weeks and during these three weeks is where you start to let your body get used to more calories again because you are no longer taking the HCG Drops any longer.  The weight loss you have achieved will be maintained once this phase is complete as long as you keep everything you have learned in mind.  If there is ever a point after the HCG diet where you gain more than two pounds then it is time to partake in a “steak day”.  You eat absolutely nothing all day and then at the end of the day eat the biggest steak you can find with either an apple or a tomato.  This will allow you to drop back down to the weight that was achieved at the end of the diet.  This is the weight you want to keep.

Sorry it’s been a while since I last posted.  Things have been a little crazy on my end, and the HCG diet, well… let’s just say things have gone a lot smoother in the past.

I haven’t been very strict on the diet causing a slight decrease in weight, but nothing what I wanted at all.  If you have been following me on the website under the “real people” tab then you can see that I have only lost about 10 pounds.  Yes I have lost 10 pounds, but I was hoping for a much higher number by now, and I feel as though I have let all of my followers down.

I still have about two more weeks to prove to myself that I CAN do this using the HCG Drops, and I will.  This is when I have to realize and step up that this diet works perfectly fine, great even, when rules are followed.  Considering everything, I am still proud that I have come this far.

Today I have been extremely good.  I am getting myself back on track to finish out this diet the right way.  For lunch I ate some simple chili, half a grapefruit, green beans, and about 5 wheat saltines.  I choose the wheat crackers because they are the only ones I can find that do not have sugar in them, and they can be my starch for the day.  They also help with the craving you may have for carbohydrates.  Little tricks like this help me tremendously to be successful with this diet.

I may have had one or two hiccups, but I am back on track and ready to show you what this diet can do for you, by showing you what it has done for me.  Even with some minor setbacks I have been able to manage losing weight, and in the end with hopefully be around a twenty pound weight loss.  If you are on this journey with me, keep up the good work.

Today it is the weekend and so far the first week has not been as good as I would have hoped.  I can’t seem to find the will power to say no like I used to.  Food has taken over my life and that is the reason I needed to change that.  HCG Drops are the first way I have found that helps me to not only learn to eat less, but to also eat better.  It was customer service week at work this past week and not only was there a barbeque, but bowling and pizza along with an ice cream social.  I continued to take the HCG Drops and I told myself several times that I was not going to give in because like I said nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, but I just couldn’t seem to find the will power.

Although I did  not follow the diet as strictly as I should have, I am proud to say that if I weren’t on this diet that I would have indulged a whole lot more.  And the good news is that I was still able to maintain.  Because I had one piece of pizza on bowling day, I sacrificed my dinner so that I would hopefully not gain a pound.  I am not saying that this is any way to do the diet because we do have to remember that it was formulated a specific way to yield specific results.

I am determined to find my will power again, that is why I am doing this diet.  The HCG diet is strict, but is so worth it if you only tell yourself it is.  It has been the most effective diet for me because it is something you can continue to do multiple times if you have the weight to lose as well as see results daily to keep you motivated to keep going.  Once you are past all the cravings and mind games your body plays with you, it becomes easier.  You just have to hang in there and remind yourself daily, multiple times a day, that you are only benefitting yourself.  Do it for yourself.

Today is day three of the 500 calorie diet and I am feeling great.  It has been a little hard here and there because I am not eating any of the foods that I was.  But I am at a 2.5 pound loss so far and look forward to continuing my journey.  There was a BBQ at work today, and it makes it even harder when everyone around you is eating what you wish you were eating, but I just have to remind myself that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.  These short simple words have helped me achieve my goals so I wanted to share them with you.

Unfortunately I did not plan my start date of the diet so well and started my period the first day of the 500 calorie diet.  It is recommended that you wait for your period to end to start the diet that way you can get a good three weeks worth of HCG in your system.  This helps with the 500 calorie diet so that you don’t feel like you might starve to death or crave any of those special things such as CHOCOLATE!  A little secret of mine that I have come across are semi sweet chocolate chips.  Occasionally when I have this craving I can curb that with around ten little chocolate chips.  This diet is already such an extreme lifestyle change as it is that sometimes exceptions can be made with a continuing weight loss.  Of course for best results, staying strict will give you best results.  Please visit our site so you can get a better idea of the products we offer and the exact HCG Drops I am taking.

Day One:

My favorite day of the HCG Diet until the end of day two when I don’t ever want to look at a hamburger again.  So this is the first day of the diet where I began taking the drops, and trying to build up my fat reserves so that I can begin the 500 calorie diet.  These are the days to take advantage of because soon there will be no more eating chocolate, sugar, cheese, no more milk, no more pizza.  Eat as much as you can for the next three days and whatever your heart desires.  They say the more fatty foods you eat the better because once you start the 500 calories it helps with keeping your appetite more suppressed, therefore making it easier when not being able to eat much.

I have to say that today I have indulged.  From chips to a juicy hamburger and even some ice cream.  That’s what makes this diet interesting and even fun.  You get to eat all the foods you enjoy and love but are never able to eat because they are BAD for your thighs.  I am so tired of worrying about what I eat all the time and always wondering if I’ve gained weight from eating it.  That’s why I am doing this diet.  I just have to remember one thing about this amazing diet… It’s only temporary!  In just a couple of months I will be able to eat all those foods I am not supposed to have, of course in moderation, but at least I will be able to have them.  And I will be skinnier, as I have already discovered.

This is not my first time doing the HCG Diet.  The first time I was introduced to the diet and had completed it, I ended up feeling lighter and losing twenty-six pounds.  Which is where this website comes into play.  It was created so that real life stories and information could be read by you.  So that you could know what to do, how it goes, and where to find encouragement.  I hope that reading this blog will help keep you all motivated and see just how powerful this diet really is.  I hope that we can impact you to make your radical change today!

Hello World!

AenA123 here signing in for the first blog.  This is something new and exciting to me.  I have never blogged before.  I wanted to take this time to introduce myself to the site in hopes to acquire potential followers and meet others.  Recently, my partner and I created a new website due to some personal experiences dieting we both have gone through.   What would it be like to feel skinny?  Skinnier at least, was a question I often found myself asking.  Since I was younger, I have always had a weight problem.  I tried everything in the book.  The Cabbage Soup diet, Weight Watchers, played sports my entire life, and yet I was still heavier than all of my friends.  No matter what I did the weight didn’t seem to go anywhere.  I paid for a personal trainer, took Crossfit classes, and even tried a no carb diet, but the weight would either never leave or always come back.  I became frustrated and ended up quitting so many times.  Maybe I was meant to be overweight.  There had to be a solution!

It was about a year ago that I was introduced to something amazing, something that was able to help me change my past weight problem.  It is called HCG.  This three character word is very promising.  It stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin.  This is a hormone that is naturally produced by our body that has been scientifically proven to help with weight loss.  HCG Drops come in a liquid form that makes them easy for consumption.   A friend introduced the diet to me, and skeptical as I was, I decided to do some research.
